Nazali Ltd is working on London Development Agency’s project [LDA] ‘Breaking the Cycle - Progression to Work/Self Employment ‘ in consortium of 8 companies, led by AVANTA, incorporating TNG & InBiz.

The project aims to break the cycle of workless and changes lives for years to come.

It offers information, help/support for unemployed/economically inactive individuals, to consider vocational and personal skills as
routes out of workless.

It also provides support in ways to acquire foundation, vocational and personal skills, attitudes and experience to grow.

It will give clients, realistic information, advice and guidance, (IAG) provide a business/social enterprise start-up/Individual Action Plan (IAP) and/or personal skills development/progress towards employment, including qualifications.

It aims to break the cycle by supporting / tracking clients beyond "sustainability" and achieving continuing progression in skills
development/income growth for them and their community.

Options to employment will either be self-employment or achieving a job or indeed a combination of both where appropriate.
